Although I an no longer a Raider's fan after religiously following this team since the early 80s due to them leaving to LV, I'm really happy to see Charles receive this recognition. I remember when they drafted him out of Michigan and how he came in with so much hype--which he lived up to. A great talent, athletic, fast (used to return kicks when that was a thing), was a very solid tackler, played the run and pass well, and was a great team guy who loved the Raiders, even in his second go-around with them. Definitely one of my favorite Raiders of all time along with Marcus Allen, Rich Gannon, and Jim Plunkett. Congrats C-Dub
