As a Swede, it feels weird seeing the finished product without sour cream. Sour cream, red onion (pickled red onion, preferably), gravlax and a small dash of dill. Beautiful. Although, this looks really tasty also! :)

If you oil your knife up a bit, it slices cleaner. Really helped me during service where I was slicing cured and smoked salmon to serve (cause I was an idiot and forgot to prep properly)
